Each B. Langston’s auction and estate sale is conducted under the terms announced with that event. By registering to bid you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.

Auctions

Register for a bidder number, and read the terms printed on or displayed on posters, brochures or handouts. Ask questions if you do not understand a policy.
Inspect the merchandise you are interested in during the preview; most is auctioned on an as is, where is basis.
You will pay for the items you purchase before you leave the auction, even if you are not taking them with you that day. Buyer’s premium, sales tax and pick-up terms are stated with each auction.
